How do I delete my Jackd account? ›

Navigate to the account settings or profile section within the app. Look for an option like "Delete Account" or "Close Account."

If you do not recall your profile email or password, you can reset it by accessing the password reset tool from the login screen in Jack'd. Enter the email associated with your Jack'd profile. Tap Reset Password. Please allow a few moments to receive your email with instructions and a link to reset your password.

Jack'd Pro can only be active on one profile at any given time. Sharing of the same Apple ID for multiple profiles is not supported and may cause issues with your profile being transferred from one profile to the other.

If your profile has been suspended for a guidelines violation, you should contact Jack'd Support to request a review of your profile. While profile suspensions may be appealed, we reserve the right to review each request on a case-by-case basis.

The easiest might be to Google the name of the service, followed by "delete account". Countless how-tos will pop up that you can follow. Sites like JustDelete.me contain a cache of deletion instructions for various accounts, and contacting customer support – via chat or even phone – is always an option.

Locate the Jack'd app icon on your home screen. Tap and hold the icon. Select App info from the context menu that appears. Then tap Storage then tap Clear storage or Clear data.

If you'd prefer to keep your account but would like to stop receiving promotional messages you could change your preferences online, or by pressing 'unsubscribe' on one of our marketing messages. If you encounter someone who has upset you but not necessarily broken any rules, we suggest tapping the Report icon in the top right corner of their profile and selecting Block. You and the other member will no longer see each other in the grid or be able to communicate with each other.

Stealth mode gives you privacy options for views and for grids. By enabling Stealth mode, you can view another member's profile without leaving a 'track' on their Viewers screen and/or hide your profile from the Global section of Discover.

To request the deletion of your account, please email us at Support@jacksflightclub.com from the email address you originally signed up to our services with. We may request confirmation that you are the account holder if you are unable to message directly from your registered email.

Email the Billing Department (billing@jackrabbittech.com) before the first of the month to avoid being charged that month's service fee. Canceled accounts, in good standing, will remain active until the start of the next billing period (1st of the month) following the date of cancellation.

To delete your mydlink account, go to http://mydlink.com and sign in. Click on your name at the top to open the My Profile page. At the bottom, click Delete Account to execute deletion of your mydlink account. Please Note: Deleting your account is an irreversible process.
